لغتي وهلْ في القولِ منها أجملُ؟
أو في الكتابةِ والمعاني أكملُ؟

للعاشقين جمالُها متجددٌّ
للظامئين إلى البيانِالمنهلُ

للشعرِ بحرٌ لا يُحدُّ مدادُه
وإلى البلاغةِ موردٌ لا يبخلُ
///
عند الخيالِ إذا التصوّرُ غامضٌ
توحي إليه في الرؤى ما يمثلُ
///
نَدِيَ التودّدُ لو يُصاغُ بحرفها
مثلَ المشاتلِ بالندى تتبلّلُ
///
نوتاتها للسمعِ أروعُ نغْمةٍ
وإلى اللسانِ هي الحلا والمعْسلُ
///
رتِلَ الكلامُ تناسقاً فتناغمتْ
فيها المغازي كالحبالِ تُجدَّلُ
///
طلقاً سما وَترُ اللسانِ بنطقِها
وبها الخطابةُ كالغمائمِ تسبلُ
///
وإذا اللغاتُ كما النجوم تلألأتْ
لُغتي المجرّةُ نورها لا يأفلُ
///
كالتاجِ أحرفُها زهتْ ونقاطُها
دررٌ لأركانِ الحروفِ تُجمِّلُ
///
وسِعتْ بأحرفهِا الكتابَ قراءةً
ومداركاً ومعاجزاً تتفصّلُ
///
وسعتْ كتابةَ آيةٍ فسمتْ بها
فإذا البناءُ بلاغةً لا يُعدَلُ
///
نمتِ العقولُ بحرفها وبيانها
وكذا المعارفُ والعلومُ الأشملُ
///
العزُّ فيها للنفوسِ وجاهةٌ
والفخرُ فيها سؤددٌ ومكلّلُ
///
لغة الخلودِ وإن تناسى أهلُها
قولَ الفصاحةِ والقواعدَ أهملوا
///
منها البيادرُ لــو جَنيْتَ نماءَها
ومِنَ اللغاتِ الغير يُجْنى الخردلُ
///
لولا كتابُ الله ضاعَكيانها
وانْهارَفيها المحتوى والأمثلُ
///
من بدلّ الضادَ الجليل بغيرهِ
فكمنْ شرى العالي بما هو أنزَلُ
///
يزدانُ مَنْ لغةِ السماءِ لسانُه
فهي الوسامُ على الرؤوسِ ومشعلُ
///
أيّ اللغاتِ بها تساوت في البُنى
فيْحاً وأيٌّ في الفصاحة أجزلُ
///
حُفظتْ بقرآنِ العليمِ ولم تزلْ
لغةَ التقاةِ وفي الجنائنِ ترفُلُ
///
رمزُ الشعوبِ لغاتُهمْ وحياتُهمْ
ماضيهمُ والآنُ والمستقبلُ
///
كالماءِ للشجرِ اللغاتُ لأهلهِا
من دونهِ رغم الخصوبةِ يذبلُ
///
كالأمِ تبقى للشعوبِ لغاتُهم
ماتوا إذا ماتتْكأن لم يُمهلوا
///
لهَفِي على العربيّ يتركُ أمَّهُ
عجباً! أمِنْ لغةالنبوّةِ يخجلُ؟
///
عربيةٌ لغتي وفخري أنّني
بالضادِ أنطقُ عاشقاً وأُرتّلُ
